After breakfast at the riad, we will depart Rabat and drive through the Rif Mountains to discover the Moroccan countryside before spending the night in Chefchaouen, one of Morocco’s most beautiful cities in the north.
Day 3: Explore Chefchaouen. Night at the hotel
After breakfast at the riad, you will have free time to explore Chefchaouen on your own. You stay in the blue city for the night.
Day 4: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes. Night at the riad
We will depart Chefchaouen after breakfast and head to Volubilis to explore (Roman ruins). Then Meknes, followed by a trip to Fes to round up the day.Day 5: Explore Fes. Night at riad After breakfast in your riad, you will begin your exploration of Morocco’s oldest city, Fes, with our local guide.
Day 6: Fes – Middle Atlas Mountains – Midelt. Night at hotel
We will take you up from the riad at the agreed-upon hour in the morning. We next go across the Middle Atlas before spending the night in Midelt.
Day 7: Midelt – Ziz valley – Merzouga village. Night at hotel
After breakfast at the hotel, we continue our drive to the desert via the Ziz Valley (Africa’s biggest Oasis) and the town of Erfoud.
Day 8: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi – Merzouga. Camel ride and night in the desert camp
This day is dedicated to exploring the eastern Sahara Desert. We’ll be driving across the region in a 4×4. The nomad family we will meet will greet us with a cup of tea and show us their way of life. We then ride camels to a desert tent for the night
Day 9: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades valley. Night at hotel
As the sun rises over the dunes in the morning, you will have the opportunity to shoot some stunning photographs. It is a one-of-a-kind and unforgettable event. Before driving to Rissani Markets, continue seeing the Todra Gorges and spending the night in Dades hamlet.
Day 10: Dades valley – Nomad caves – Skoura – Ouarzazate. Night at riad
After breakfast at the hotel, we will journey via the Dades Valley into the High Atlas, where we will see the transition of mountain Berbers to desert nomads. We’ll see the caverns where they dwell before continuing on to Ouarzazate.
Day 11: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas Mountain – Ounila Valley – Telouet Kasbah – Marrakech. Night at riad
After breakfast at the riad, we will go to Ouarzazate and then to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Before arriving in Marrakech, pass the high Atlas Mountains.
Day 12: Explore Marrakech. Night at the riad
After breakfast, we’ll see Marrakech, Morocco’s “red city,” with a local guide.
Day 13: Marrakech – Essaouira. Night at the Raid
We will pick you up from your riad in the morning and drive you through the Argan tree forest to Essaouira, where you will spend the night.
Day 14: Essaouira – El Oualidia – El Jadida – Casablanca. Night at hotel
After breakfast at the riad, we go by seashore from Essaouira to Casablanca. This path is full with breathtaking views of the sea and beaches.
Day 15: Casablanca day tour.
Today, at 9 a.m., we will begin our day tour of Casablanca by visiting the incredibly beautiful Hassan Il Mosque. We will then explore Casablanca city with our local guide, visiting the Mahkama Court of Islamic Law, The Habous Quarter, The New Medina, which was built in 1923 during the French protectorate, The United Nations Square, and The Anfa Place.
